Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to GOZOLT

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GOZOLT taxi booking platform, operated by Primooo Global Ltd, a company registered in Malta (company number C112223) at 270 Triq il-Karmnu, Luqa, LQA 1311, Malta. By using our platform to book taxis, you agree to these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and GOZOLT (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you don’t agree, please stop using the platform immediately.

We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updates. These Terms also apply to bookings made through our Customer Support Centre.

2. What We Do

GOZOLT connects you with independent taxi drivers or companies (“Providers”) for rides worldwide. We don’t own or drive the taxis—we arrange bookings and earn a commission. Your ride agreement (“Provider Terms”) is directly with the Provider, not us. You’ll see their terms when booking, and by booking, you agree to them. Providers handle the ride itself, and we can’t guarantee their service quality.

3. Your Responsibilities

Report issues within 30 days of your ride. We’ll aim to resolve them within 20 working days. If we can’t, try the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

7. Pricing

Your ride price depends on location, distance, and ride type. If there’s a pricing error, we or the Provider will let you know. You can accept the new price or cancel for a full refund. We’re not responsible for exchange rate differences from your bank.

You must be old enough to book taxis legally and are responsible for anything done through your account. Keep your login details safe.

We secure your payments and meet industry standards. We’re not liable for unauthorized charges, except where required by law.

The platform’s content is ours and protected by law. You can use it only to book rides. Without our permission, don’t:

The platform is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee its always error-free or safe from viruses. We’re not liable for damages from tech issues or fraud.

17. Our Rights

If we don’t enforce a rule, we can still enforce it later.

18. Governing Law

These Terms follow Maltese law. If you’re in Malta, disputes go to Maltese courts. Otherwise, courts may vary. We’re not partners or agents, and following legal orders doesn’t make us liable.

We may update these Terms, but existing bookings stay under the original terms. Save a copy when you book.
